Assists assigned Project Manager with coordination and completion of specific work requests ensuring consistency with company and client goals. Works with vendors to ensure understanding of scope of work and timely completion of paperwork.
Under direction of assigned PM, ensure work requests are accurate.
May coordinate with vendor to help define scope of work.
Clearly communicates expectations to vendors.
Provides outstanding customer service when answering phone calls and promptly responding to emails.
Communicates with PM on status of open orders.
Assists with resolution of any issues and solves problems throughout work request life cycle.
Ensures any changes to scope of work are documented and approved.
Ensures information for billing is correct and submits tickets to billing in a timely manner.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Previous related experience preferred.
Outstanding customer service skills required.
Ability to operate general office equipment such as computer, copier, fax machine, scanner, projector, and multi-line telephone system.
Must possess excellent time management skills and be adaptable to change.
Ability to apply basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations with management and co-workers; listen to others without interrupting and get clarification when needed.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
